1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Wecrely, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the service
Wecrely is provided for lawful, personal and professional content planning purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape data automatically, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
3. Your content and ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or organize through Wecrely. By using the Service you grant Wecrely a limited license solely to store and display your content back to you. We do not sell, share, or use your content for advertising.
4. Privacy and data handling
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service: your account details, your content cards, and usage analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
